Senior Organizational Development Manager, 2004-14, and Manager of Operatios, Goddard Employees Welfare Association, 2014-19, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Founder, PLG Coaching and Consulting, 2019-. Board of Directors, Arc of Howard County, 2013- (president, 2019-21). Delegate, Democratic Party National Convention, 2004. Three children.
