aforesaid the sheriff afs.^d Returns to the Court here the Writt afs.^d thus Indorsed Viz^t
                                  Cepi Corpus superseded
                                                                            Sam Hanson She and with the
Writt afs.^d he returns the following supersedeas Viz^t

Charles County ss.^t
                               You William Nail & John Marten Sen & Daniel Nail of Charles County
Planters Do Confess Judgment to Richard Gildart & sons against the said William
Nail in June Court 1746 in CHarles County Court and the said sum of Two
Hundred and forty one POunds of Tobacco cost to be levied of your Body's Goods &
Chattles Lands or Tenements for the use of the said Richard Gildart & sons in
Case the said William Nail shall not Pay and satisfy to the said Richard
Gildart & sons the said sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine and a half pounds
of Tobacco so as afs.^d Recovered against with the Additional Costs thereon
on the Tenth day of February Next
