90                     June Court Anno Domini 1747

    Therefore it is Considered that the said James Freeman be fined one
Shilling Current money for his offence afs.d by the Court here adjudged and that
the said James be taken Exa
                                                 Whereupon into Court herein his Proper Person
Came Alexander Macclaran of Charles County Taylor and becom Pledge & Secy for
the afs.d James to pay the fine afs.d as also the several fees arisen due to the officers &
Ministers of the Court hereby occasion of the Premises
