Bible and give him a Decent Suit of Apparel when free and Set of Carpenters

Town on the Second Tuesday in March last Commission Issued Returnable
here &C.a to Examine Evidences touching the bounds of a parcel of Land being part
of Calverton mannor lying in said County in the Possession of Geo Plater Esq.r
in the Words following Vizt

Charles County ss.t   Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of
Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &C.a  To Allen Davies George
Maxwell Jonathan Willson and John Estep Gentleman
                                                                            Whereas George Plater Esqr
is Seized of a Tract or Parcel of Land being part of Calverton Mannor lying in the s.d
County did on the Tenth day of March being in the Thirty second year of our
Dominion &c Prefer his Certain Petition in Writing to our Court that is to
say to our County Court held at Charles Town in and for the said County on the
