    Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of
    Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &C.a Held at
    Charles Town in and for said County on the Second Tuesday in and
    Ninth day of June In the Thirty Third Year of his said Lord

    Good and Lawfull men summoned out of the Several Hundreds of the County aforesaid
    who being sworn as well to Enquire as true presentments make of all and all manner of
    Felonies Witchcrafts Inchantments Soceries Artomagick Trespasses Regratings
    forestallings and Extortions whatsoever and of all and all manner of Misfeazances in
    the County aforesaid done or Perpetrated against his Lordships peace and Dignity and
    the Laws of this Province found the following Presentments Vizt

    We the Grand Jurors for the body of Charles County on our Oaths do present Catherine
    Boy for bearing a bastard Child and Living at W.m Loyd's by Information of Barton
    Stone Constable                                                                      Tho.s Matthews foreman


    We also do present Matthew Cartwright for begetting a Bastard Child on the body
    of Elizabeth Newan by Information of the said Elizabeth Newman

    We also do present Richard Gray Junr for Begetting a Bastard Child on the body of Jane
    Talford by Information of the said Jane Talford
