Whereupon the said Robert
Francklin by his attorney afs.d prays
Condemnation of the Effects afs.d so as afs.d by
the Schedule afs.d Amounting to Twenty one
Pounds Eighteen shillings and Eight pence
Currency with Execution thereof to him to be
Adjudged and the said Robert Minan
Altho Solemnly Called Comes not but makes
default            And the said John Payne
the sum of Nine Hundred Pounds of Tob.o
Altho Solemnly Called Comes not but makes
default  And the said William Talford the
Sum of one Thousand Pounds of Tobacco altho
Solemnly Called Comes not but makes default

Whereupon the said Robert Francklin
by his attorney afs.d prays Condemnation
of the several sum of Tobacco as afs.d in the hands
of the several Garnashees aforesaid Attached with Execution thereof to him to be adjudged

Therefore It is Considered by the Court here that the said Robert Francklin have
Condemnation of the several Sums of Tobacco afs.d in the hands of the several Garnashees afs.d
Attached by the Court here Adjudged According to the form force and Effect of the Act of Assembly
in those Cases late made and Provided and the said Robert Francklin have thereof Ex.n &Ca

Mem.o the money is Valued at 1 of Curr p Hundred accepting 16/6 w.ch is Part of the Debt in money
