Charles County ss.^t   On the 9.^th Day of June 1747 The Books of Acc.^ts from which the
above account is Justly coppy'd was produced to me which appears to be proved by
the Oath of Francis Parnham before a proper Magistrate According to Law

And the said Henry by Philip Key his Attorney Comes and defends the force and
Injury when &C.^a and prays leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at
Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given
to the same Francis here &C^a
                                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.^d Comes
here as well the said Francis as the s.^d Henry by their attorneys afs.^d and the said Henry by his s.^d
Attorney prays further leave to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town
on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Francis here &C^a

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.^d Comes here as well the said Francis as
the said Henry by their Attorneys afs.^d and the said Henry by his said Attorney prays further leave to
Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Francis here &C^a
                                                                                                          At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in August afs.^d Comes here as well the said Francis as the said henry by their attorneys afs.^d
and the said Henry by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle here to until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the
same day is given to the same Francis here &C^a
                                                                      At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November
aforesaid Comes here as well the said Francis as the said Henry by their attorneys afs.^d and
the said Henry by his said attonrey prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court
to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same
day is given to the same Francis here &C^a
                                                                And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in
March afs.^d Comes here as well the said Francis by his attorney afs.^d as the said Henry
by his attorney afs.^d and the said Henry Comes & defends the force and Injury when &C^a
                                                                                                                      (whereupon)
