(357) At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the s.d George & Com as the said Joseph by their attorneys afs.d and the said Joseph by his s.d Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George & Com here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said George & Com as the said Joseph by their attorneys afs.d and the said Jo.s by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George & Com here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said George & Com as the said Joseph by their attorneys afs.d and the said Joseph by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George & Company here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said George & Com as the said Joseph by their attorneys afs.d and the said Joseph by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George & Com here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said George & Com by their Attorney afs.d as the said Joseph by his Attorney afs.d and the said Joseph by his said attorney Comes and defends the force & Injury when &Ca Whereupon all and singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation thereupon had It is Adjudged and decreed that the said George & Com Recover against the said Joseph as well the sum of Twelve Hundred and Twenty one and a half pound of Tobacco for their Damages afs.d as also the sum of Pounds of Tobacco for their Costs & Charges by him about their suit in this part laid Def.t in mea out and Expended and the said Joseph in Mercy &Ca
This being an Action upon the Case for the Recovery of Damages According to an act of Assembly of this Province against the Transportation of Persons out of this Province without Papes brought by the said Francis against the said Henry Whereupon the said Henry owes by Virtue of a Capias Ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships County Court on the Second Tuesday in November in the year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and forty six Arrested Thereupon the said Francis Produces the account afs.d in the words ^and figures^ following Viz.t 1741 Daniel Brown D.r 1741 Ditto D.r
