Comes here as well the said John as the said Henry by their attorneys afs.d and the s.d
Henry by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle here to until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath
it and the same day is given to the same John here &Ca
                                                                                  At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said John as the said Henry by
their attorneys aforesaid and the said Henry by his said attorney prays further
leave to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on
the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the
same John here &Ca
                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes
here as well the said John as the said Henry by their attorneys aforesaid and the said
Henry by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath
it and the same day is given to the same John here &Ca
                                                                                  And now here at this day to
with the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said John by his
attorney aforesaid and the said Henry by his attorney afs.d and the said Henry by
his said attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &Ca

Whereupon all and Singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to
the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully
seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation had  It is adjudged and decreed
that the said John Recover against the said Henry as well the sum of Three Thous.d
Eight Hundred and fifty Two Pounds of Tobacco for his Damages afs.d as also the sum of
Two Hundred & Twenty Seven pounds & one half ^pounds of Tob.o^ for his Costs and Charges by him
Def.t in mea   about his suit in this part laid out and Expended and the said Henry In Mercy &Ca
                                  Mem.o Plf Releases the penalty on payment of Principal Interest & Costs

Judgment for Plfs

This being an action upon the Case for the Recovery of Twelve Hundred Twenty
one and a half pound of Tobacco due on account to the said Geo & Com from the said
Joseph the said Joseph was by Virtue of a Capias Ad Respondendum Returnable
before his Lordships County Court on the Second Tuesday in November in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty Six arrested

Thereupon the said George Bell and Company Produces the account in the
Words following Vizt
