This being an action upon the Case for the Recovery of Damages according to
an act of Assembly of this Province against the Transportation of Persons out
of this Province without Passes brought by the said Samuel Somerhill ag.st
the said Daniel Boarn   Whereupon the said Daniel was by virtue of
a Capias Ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships County Court
on the Second Tuesday in March Seventeen Hundred and forty five
arrested
                         And the said Daniel by Thomas Clark his attorney Comes &
Defends the force and Injury when &C.a and prays leave to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca
                                                                                     At which day to wit the
Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Daniel by
their attorneys afs.d and the said Daniel by his said attorney prays further leave
to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the
Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same
Samuel here &Ca
                         At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes
here as well the said Samuel as the said Daniel by their attorneys afs.d and
the said Daniel by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the
Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and
he hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca
                                                                                              At which day to wit
the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Samuel as
the said Daniel by their attorneys afs.d and the said Daniel by his said attorney prays
further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles
Town on the second ^Tuesday^ in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same
Samuel here &Ca
                               At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d
Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Daniel by their attorneys afs.d and
the said Daniel by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the
Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he
hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca
