(334) March Court Anno Domini 1747 Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Daniel here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Samuel by his attorney afs.d as the said Daniel by his attorney afs.d and the said Daniel by his said attorney Comes and defends the force & Injury when &Ca Whereupon all and singular the Premises being by the Court here according to the Directions of the act of assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood and due Deliberation thereupon had He is adjudged and Decreed that the said Samuel Somerhill Recover against the s.d Daniel Bourne as well the sum of Thirty four pounds Nineteen Shillings and Three pence sterling for his Damages afs.d as also the sum of for his Costs & Charges by him about his Def.t in mea Suit In this part laid out and Expended and the said Daniel in Mercy &Ca
This being an Action upon the Case for the Recovery of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety one pound of Tobacco due on Account to the said Fillingham & Com from the said William Turner the said W.m was by virtue of a Capias ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships County Court on the Second Tuesday in March Seventeen Hundred and forty five and then and there Arrested Thereupon the said Fillingham & Com Produces the account afs.d in the Words following Vizt 1741 Dr William Turner Goods Tobacco
