Their Attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said ^attorney^ further p rays further leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in Aug.st
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                                    At which day to wit
the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John
by their attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said attorney prays further leave to
Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday
in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                                    At which day to wit the
Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John
by their attorneys afs.d and the said John by his said Attorney prays further leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in
March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                     At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John by their att.ys
afs.d and the said John by his said Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he
hath it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                        At which day to wit the
Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John by their
Attorneys afs.d and the said John by his sid attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he
hath it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                              At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John by their att.ys
aforesaid and the said John by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second ^Tuesday^ in November and he hath
it and the same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                                        At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said James as the said John by their att.ys
afs.d and the said John by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the
same day is given to the same James here &Ca
                                                                         And now here at this day to wit the
Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes as well the said James by his attorney afs.d as
the said John by his attorney afs.d and the said John by his said Attorney Comes
and defends the force and Injury when &Ca
                                                                                  Whereupon all and Singular the
Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in
such Cases late made and Provided seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation
thereupon had It is Adjudged and Decreed that the said James Recover against the said
John as well the sum of Eight Pounds one shilling & five pence half penny Currency
for his Damages afs.d as also the sum of                                                for his Costs &
Def.t in Mea Charges by him about his suit In this Part laid out & Expended and the said John In
Mercy &Ca
