Day is given to the same George here &Ca   At which day to wit the second
Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Timothy as the said
George by the attorneys aforesaid and the said Timothy by his said
attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to
be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath
it and the same day is given to the same George here &Ca
                                                                                      At which day to wit the
Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said Timothy as the said George
by their attorneys afs.d and the said Timothy by his said attorney prays further leave
to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden on the Second Tuesday in Nov
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George here &Ca
                                                                                          At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Timothy as the said George by their
attorneys afs.d and the said Timothy by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George here &Ca

Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Timothy as the said George by their
attorneys afs.d & the said Timothy by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle here to
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June & he hath it & the
same day is given to the same George here &Ca
                                                                      At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d

by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden
at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is
given to the same George here &Ca
                                                    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes
here as well the said Timothy as the said George by their attorneys ^afs.d^ and the said Timothy by his
said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Cha.s
Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same
George here &Ca
                               At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well
the said Timothy as the said George by their attorneys afs.d and the said Timothy by his said atty
Prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second
Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same George here &Ca

And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the s.d
Timothy as the said George by their attorneys afs.d
                                                                                     Whereupon all and Singular
the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the act of assembly in
such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation
thereupon had  It is adjudged and Denied that the said George take nothing by his Writt
Def.t in mea   afs.d but that he and his Pledges be in Mercy &C.a and the said Timothy go thereof with
out Day &C.a  It is Like wise Considered that the said Timothy do Recover against
the said George                                                   Pounds of Tobacco for his Costs & Charges
by him about his Defence in this part sustained to the same Timothy at his
Request by the Court here adjudged according to the form force and Effect of the
Statute in those Cases late made and Provided and that the same Timothy
have thereof Execution
