(319) At which day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the s.d John Wheatley as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second ^Tuesday in^ June Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatly as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatly as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatley by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in November Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatley as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatly as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his Said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatley as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatley as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatley by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said John Wheatly as the said John Estep by their attorneys afs.d and the said John Wheatly by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in March Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John Estep here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Came as well the said John Estep Wheatly as the said John Estep by their attorneys aforesaid Whereupon all and singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood) and due deliberation thereupon had It is Adjudged and ^Decreed^ that the said John Estep Plf in Mear &C.a take Nothing by his Writt afs.d but that he and his Pledges of Prosecuting be in Mercy &C.a And the said John Wheatley go thereof without Day &C.a It is Likewise Considered that the said John Wheatley do Recover against the said John Estep Two Hundred forty one & a half pound of Tobacco for his Costs & Charges by him about his defence in this part (sustained) |
