           March Court Anno Domini 1747                                        (301)

Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided and your petitioners
as in duty bound shall pray

Whereupon it is ordered that Commission Issue Returnable here &C.a To W.m
Eilbeck, William Dent, John Barker and Matthew Stone or any Two or
three of them to Examine Evidences touching the bounds of the said
Tract or Parcel of Land agreeable to the Directions of the act of assembly
in those Cases late made and Provided


William Gerrard Coode Prefers the following Petition Vizt

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County in Court sitting
The petition of W.m Garrard Coode of St Marys County Humbly sheweth
That your Petitioner being seized of a Tract or Parcel of Land lying in this
County called Morris's Mount the bounds of which are very much decay'd
Humbly prays that your Worships wou'd be pleased to grant a Commission
in order to Examine Evidences to prove and perpetuate the bounds of the s.d 
Land pursuant to the act of assembly in such Cases provided and your
Petitioner will pray
March Court 1747                                    W.m Garrard Coode

Whereupon it was ordered that Commission Issue Returnable here &C.a
To John Winters Samuel Chunn, Peter Wood and Charles Love or any
Three or Two of them to Examine Evidences touching the bounds of
the said Tract or parcel of Land agreeable to the Directions of the act of
assembly in those Cases late made and Provided


Susanna Waters Prefers to the Court the following Petition Vizt

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County In Court sitting
The petition of Susanna Peters of this County Humbly sheweth
That your Petitioner is Possessed of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Dover lying
in this County the Bounds of which a much Decayed  Therefore prays that your
Worships shou'd be pleased to Grant a Commission to such Gentleman as you shall
think proper to take such Depositions as shall be offered to them in order to
Perpetuate the Bounds of the said Land and your Petition will pray

March Court 1747
Whereupon it was ordered that Commission Issue Returnable here &C.a
To William Middleton, William Penn, Robert Yates and Arthur Lee or any
Three or Two of them to Examine Evidences touching the bounds of the said Tract
or Parcel of Land agreeable to the Directions of the act of assembly in those Cases late
made and Provided


Thomas Morriss prefers to the Court here the following Petition Vizt

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County Court The Petition of Thomas
Morris Humbly sheweth    Whereas your Petitioner is seized of a Tract of
Land Called Hungerford's Choice lying in said County and Whereas the bounds
thereof are precarious and uncertain your Petitioner Humbly prays a Commission
