(297) Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided and for that the said William Cannot pay or procure any Person to be Security for the fine afs.d by the Act afs.d Imposed His ordered that the sheriff take the said William to the Whipping Post and having stripped him from the Waist upwards their give him Twelve Lashes upon the Bare Back for his offence afs.d And afterwards to wit the same Second Tuesday in March afs.d the sheriff aforesaid Returns to the Court he hath done Execution the said William Whereupon it is by the Court here further Considered that the said William Armstrong do serve his Master Robert Franklin Twelve Months for his fees & part of the said Mary Castels fees Inconsideration of his paying the several fees arisen due to the officers and Ministers of the Court Mem.o the said Robert Franklin Secy for fees Molatto Prymus Servant to Elizabeth Morriss who was Convicted of Bastardy in March Court Seventeen Hundred and forty Six is adjudged to serve her ^said^ Mistress 2 years for the fees & Trouble of her House Peter Wood makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he attended ^eight days^ as an Evidence for Benedict Leonard Boarman Jun at suit And.w Monroe Abraham Devenport makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty that he attended 6 Days as an Evidence for Same At suit Same Philip Highfield makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he attended 2 days as an Evidence for same at suit same John Johnson makes oath that on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he attended 3 days as an Evidence for same at suit same Thomas Pettit makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he attended five days as an Evidence for same against same Anne Aderton makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that she attended 2 days as an Evidence for Samuel Sumerhil against Daniel Boarn Thomas Brooke makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he attended 10 days as an Evidence for Alexander Macpherson ag.st Jeremiah Aderton Capt.n W.m Hanson sworn on Petition for W.m Theobalds against Robert Whythill Summons ordered and Issued for Henry Moore & William Bryan To Testify for Alexander Macpherson against Jeremiah Aderton |
