(29 In the Court of the Lord Proprietary aforesaid before the Justices aforesaid were Adjudged for his Damages which he had by a Certain Promise and Assumption to the same William at Charles County afs.d made and unperformed as also Two Hundred and Seventy five pounds of Tobacco which to the same William of his Assent were adjudged for his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in this Part laid out and Expended whereof the said John is Convict &C and that he should have then and there that Writt &Ca And now here at this day to wit the second Tuesday in March aforesaid the sheriff aforesaid Returns to the Court here the Writt aforesaid thus Indorsed Vizt Cepi Satisfied Plaintiff SHanson She It was Commanded the sheriff that he should Take William Macdaniel late of Charles County mill Right &C.a and him Safe Keep so that you should have his body before the Justices of the Lord Proprietary of his Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next to satisfy unto Thomas Lewis as well the sum of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco which to the same Thomas in the Court of the Lord Proprietary aforesaid before the Justices aforesaid were Adjudged for his Damages which he had by a Certain Promise and Assumption to the same Thomas at Charles County aforesaid made and unperformed as Also Two Hundred and Seventy five p.ds of Tobacco which to the same Thomas of his Assent were Adjudged for his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in this part laid out and Expended whereof the said William is Convict &Ca and that he should have then and there that Writt &C.a And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March aforesaid the sheriff aforesaid Returns to the Court here the writt aforesaid thus Indorsed Viz.t Cepi Corpus Satisfied the Plaintiff SHanson She
It was Commanded the sheriff that he should take Joseph Jameson late of Charles County PLanter otherwise Called Joseph Jameson late of Charles County if &C.a and him safe keep so that he should have his Body before the Justices of the Lord Proprietary of his Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next to satisfy unto George Maxwell as well the sum of Ten Thousand pounds of Tobacco a Certain Debt which the same George lately in our Court of the said Lord Proprietary before the Justices aforesaid at Charles County aforesaid Recovered against the said Joseph as also Four Hundred and Eighty one pounds of Tobacco which to the same George by Discretion of the Justices aforesaid of his Assent were Adjudged for his (Damages |
