(286)              November Court Anno Domini 1747

    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in Nov.r afs.d Comes here as well the said
Alexander & Uxor Ex.x as afs.d as the said William by their attorneys ^afs.d ^ and the said W.m by
his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be
Holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November Next and he hath it &
the same day is given to the same Alexander & Uxor Ex.x as aforesaid here &Ca

    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March aforesaid Comes here as well
the said Alex.r & Uxor Ex.x as afs.d as the said William by their attorneys aforesaid and the said
William by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June Next and he hath it & the
same day is given to the same Alexander & Uxor Exx as aforesaid here &Ca

    At which day to wit the second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the same Alex.r
and Uxor Ex.x as afs.d as the said William by their attorneys aforesaid and the said William
by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here until the Next Court to be
holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August Next and he hath it and the same
day is given the same Alexander and Uxor Executrix as afs.d here &Ca

    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August aforesaid Comes here as well the s.d
Alexander and Uxor Ex.x as afs.d as the said William by their attorneys and the said Wm
by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court
to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November Next and he hath it
and the same day is given the same Alex.r & Uxor Ex.x as aforesaid here &Ca

    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November aforesaid Comes here as well the s.d
Alexander and Uxor Ex.x as afs.d as the said W.m by their attorneys afs.d and the said W.m
by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court
to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next and he hath it
and the same day is Given the same Alexander & Uxor Ex.x as aforesaid here &Ca
