Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said William have
Condemnation of the sums afs.d in the hands of the Garnashees afs.d attached
by the Court here adjudged according to the form force & Effect of the Act of
Assembly in those Cases late made & provided and that the said William
Bryan have thereof Execution &Ca

of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided lodged with the

Charles County ss.t  On the 10.th Day of September 1747 Came William Middleton
before me the subscriber and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God
that the above account is just and true and that he hath not Received any Part or
Parcel thereof nor any Security or Satisfaction for the same more then Credit Given
to the best of his knowledge                     Sworn before   Arthur Lee

Charles County ss.t      September the 10.th 1747

                                                    Whereas Mr William Middleton hath made oath
this day before me (the Subscriber) one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the
County afs.d that Thomas Warren is Justly Indebted unto him in the sum of Six
Hundred and Seventy nine pounds of Tobacco and that the said Thomas Warren
is Runaway

These are therefore in his Lordships Name to Command you Immediately
upon Receipt hereof to Issue Attachment against the Effect of the said Tho.s
                                                                                                    (Warren)
