(212)               November Court Anno Domini 1747

With all things there unto Relating before the Justices of our Provincial Court to be held at
Annapolis the Third Tuesday of May Next that our said Justices of our provincial Court may
further do therein as to Justice appurtains &C.a  Hereof fail not at your Peril and have you
then and there this Writt Witness Benjamin Young Esq.r Chief Justice of our Provincial
Court the 28.th day of october In the 33d year of our Dominion &.a Annoqui Domini 1747

Which being Read and heard the Record and Proceedings in the Premises aforesaid are
Ordered to be Transmitted to the Provincial Court accordingly

         Stay of Ex.n till 1.st February

It was Commanded the sheriff that he should take James Livers late of Charles
County Joyner if &C.a and him safe keep so that he should have his body before the
Justices of the Lord Proprietary of his Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town
on the second Tuesday in August Next to answer unto Robert Brent of a plea of
Trespass upon the Case and that he should have then and there that Writt &Ca

At which day to wit the second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes the said Robert by
Thomas Clark his attorney and offers himself against the said James Livers and
the sheriff aforesaid Namely Samuel Hanson Gent Returns to the Court here
that he has taken the body of the said James Livers

                                                                         And the said James by Jeremiah
Chase his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &C.a and prays
leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the
Second Tuesday in November Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same
Robert Brent &Ca
                                                 At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November
aforesaid Comes here as well the said Robert as the said James by their attorneys afs.d
and the said James by his said Attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next
and he has it and the same day is given to the same Robert Brent &Ca

                                                                At which day to wit the second Tuesday
in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Robert as the said James by their attorneys
aforesaid and the said James by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle
hereto untill the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in
June Next and he has it and the same day is given to the same Robert here &Ca

                                                                At which day to wit the second Tuesday
June afs.d Comes here as well the said Robert as the said James by their attorneys
aforesaid and the said James by his said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle
hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in
August Next and he has it and the same day is given to the same Robert here &Ca
