(195) William Middleton on his Motion is allowed Seventeen Hundred Pounds for John Edwards's support last year Thomas Davis not to have any allowance for the said Edwards William Middleton is allowed five Hundred and fifteen Pounds of Tob.o for Sundry Goods to John Windram The Court is agreed with John Moore to take John Edwards till Nov.r Next whereupon he is allowed Two Thousand Pounds of Tobacco
Be it Remembered that on this day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d into Court herein his Proper Person Comes John Hanson Youngest of Charles County Gentleman according to a Certain Recognizance taken before the Worshipfull Colonel Robert Hanson one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afs.d that is to say the said John Hanson ys.t In the sum of Twenty Pounds Current money for his Negroe Toneys appearance to answer unto what shall be then and there objected against him of and Concerning his Breaking the Dwelling House of Corn.s Sandford and stealing a ^woolen^ Rugg of which he is accused and not to depart &Ca Be it Remembered that the said John Hanson Ys.t from the force and Effect of the Recognizance afs.d taken as afs.d Before the Worshipfull Colonel Robert Hanson are Acquitt and Discharged Ruled that the said John Hanson youngest Recognize in the Sum of Two Pounds Ten Shillings Current money of Maryland for his the said Negroe Toney's appearance at the Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next to answer unto such things as shall be objected against him the said Negroes Toney on behalf his Lordships the Lord Proprietary Whereupon into Court here in his Proper person Comes the aforesaid John Hanson youngest of Charles County Gentleman And acknowledged himself to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the sum of Two Pounds Ten Shillings Current money which sum he Yeilded and Granted should and might be made and Levied on his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his Heirs & Successors (On) |
