(196) November Court Anno Domini 1747 On Condition that the Negroe Toney a Slave belonging to the said John Hanson appears before the Justices of our Next County Court to be held for said County on the Second Tuesday in March Next to answer unto what shall be alledged against him concerning his Breaking the Dwelling House of a Certain Cornelius Sandford of Charles Town in the said County and stealing from thence Sundry Goods particularly a Woolen Rugg of which he is assessed and ^in^ the meantime to be of Good Behaviour and not to depart the Court without Lycence thereof Upon the Complaint of Sarah Robinson formerly a servant to James Simpson to the Court here that the said Sarah Robinson has served to the Expiration of her Time and ^with^ the said Simpson ^who^ Refuses to give her her freedom dids Therefore it is ordered by the Court here that the said James Simpson do give to the said Sarah Robinson the White Shift one Wescoat Either Cotton half thicks Plaid or Country Cloath a Cap and one pair of shoes and Stockings
