Up   Therefore it is Considered by Court here that the said William Campell
should serve five days for one and fourteen Months for the Tobacco & Money


Thomas Richards makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that
Peter Montgomery (as he apprehends) whom he has Caused to be Summoned is
a Materiall Evidence for him in a Cause now depending betwixt this Deponent
and Bernard Johnson Rawlings


William Cage Jurat to Court that he was over Charged one Levy Last year


William Bryan makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that
he attended five days for Alexander Mcpherson against Jeremiah Aderton


Isaac Chattom makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he

that to the best of his Knowledge Esther Harrison his mother was not
allowed for any squirrell Heads last year which he ought to have been
allowed for Twenty one squirrell Heads


John Franklin makes oath D.o that he was not allowed for Forty Seven pounds
Squirrell Heads last year for which he ought to had


Francis Gray makes oath Ditto that he was ^not^ allowed Sixty Three Squirrell Heads last
year for which he ought to had


John Evans makes oath Ditto that he was not allowed Sixty Squirrell Heads last year
to which he ought to had


Marmaduke Semmes makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of
Almighty God that he attended seven days as an evidence for John
Marten Junior against Alexander Smith Hawkins which was burnt
in November Court 1746 which was burnt amongst the Court Papers
