Plantation Near a path over the swamp and from thence till it Interfear with
a Road on the ^other^ side of said Swamp leading from the Cool springs to Piles's Fresh
to fall into the Road near John Davis's and also a Road to be Cleared from the
Eastermost End of the Widow Dents Dwelling Plantation Near a path which now
is over the said swamp and from thence until it Interfer with a Road on the other

Francis Demarr


Samuel Hawkins makes oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he
attended seven days as an evidence for Samuel Hanson Jun against Francis
Demarr


George Maxwell on his motion to the Court for his House at Benedict
Town to be approved as a Ware House upon his complying with the
requisites in the Law   Whereupon it is ^by the^ Court here appointed as if it House
for that Purpose


William Campell Presented by his master Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
for Run away time and for money and Tobacco which was Expended for taking
of him up and that he absconded himself one Hundred Days   Whereupon
Michael Terrill his former master proves before the Worshipfull Mr W.m Eilbeck
that the said W.m Campell did abscond himself one Hundred days and that he
Expended Eight Hundred Pounds of Tobacco and Three pounds Currency for the taking of him
