A marked Trees to Ester Roby's and to an old path which leades by the Plantation of
Benjamin Downs and into M.r William Middleton Road which led to Portobacco then
with and Near the said old path as Conveniency suits to Mr William Middletons Road
with the said to Town                                    John Smith of Jordan & W.m Bach

The Road from Richard Thompsons to Pickawaxen Church that makes out of that
to Thompsons Ferry and also the Road to Jones's Ferry from Philpotts Gate across
Pickawaxen main Road to Lees Ferry and the Ferry Roads by Capt.n Howards to
Pickawaxen Church also from Jones's Ferry the Nearest and best way to Philip Jenkins's
and the old Road that goes by the Widdow Howards into the main Road to Portobacco also
a Road to be Cleared to Lower Cedar point to begin at the main Road that leades from
Portobacco to Pickawaxen Church Near Cody's gate thence through a Lane between
the said Cody and Joseph Gwins from thence through Captain Benjamin Douglass's
Plantation now in Possession of his son John Douglass and thence by Philip Jenkins
to Cedar point afs.d also out of the main Road between the Dwelling house of the late
Coll John Tendall and Mr Richard Marshalls from thence leading over the High
Lands untill it meet the old main Road at the lower side of the late Major Yates's

Standforths to Benedict Town from the Road by Randolph Morriss's to Indian Creek
bridge from John Esteps the Road that leades by John andersons from the Upper Bridge
Swansons Creek and the Road that leades by Captain Smiths to Benedict Town from
Swansons Creek Landing by the Widow Lyons to the Road from the New Bridges from Jo.s
Johnson to the mannor Branch from Joseph Johnsons to William Wilkinsons Mill from
George Walls to the mannor Branch also from the Head swansons Creek to Wilkinsons
Landing the Cool Spring Road from a place Called the Three Chesnuts to the Widow Standforths
and the usual Rolling Road from Glading Rolling House to Rouses Landing
