Mary Middleton Petition for an allowance for her support for which
she is allowed Eight Hundred Pounds of Tobacco

she is allowed five Hundred pounds of Tobacco


Catherine Winn Pet.o for an ^further^ allowance   Whereupon she is allowed Two
Hundred Pounds of Tobacco more


Ann Crossroads Petition for an allowance for her supper & Whereupon she
is allowed five Hundred Pounds of Tobacco


Thomas Smoot Pet.o for an allowance for his Support Whereupon he
is allowed Eight Hundred Pounds of Tobacco


Joan Robinson Petition for a further allowance Read and Rejected


Charles Fields Petition for a further allowance Whereupon he is allowed

Sarah Hawkins Prefers to the Court here the following Petition Viz.t
To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County in Court now sitting
The Petition of Sarah Hawkins most Humbly sheweth that whereas
your Petitioner is in Possession of a Tract or Parcel of Land lying in said
County Called Goats Lodge the bounds thereof being precarious prays
that your Worships would grant a Commission to perpetuate the same and
he as in duty Bound will ever pray &Ca

Whereupon it is ordered that Commission Issue Returnable here &C.a
John Hanson Jun Thomas Morriss Francis Ware and James Keach
or any three or Two of them to Examine Evidences touching the bounds of the s.d
Tract of Parcel of Land agreeable to the Directions of the act of assembly
in those Cases late made and Provided


John Galwith Prefers to the Court here the following Petition Vizt
To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County Court The petition of John
Galwith Humbly sheweth
                                                    That your Petitioner is now in Possession of
a Tract of Land Lying in his Lordships Mannour Calverton Called Hills
and Dales the Bounds whereof Require proof Your Petitioner therefore
Humbly prays that your Worships may Grant a Commission pursuant to
an act of assembly in such Cases provided to prove the Bounds of said Land and
other Lands whereon the said Tracts Depends in order to Perpetuate the memory
thereof and your Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Pray
November 5.th 1747
                                                                                                    (Whereupon)
