Mary Good by her Petition to the Court for her allowance is Rejected


Richard Edelen Prefers to the Court here the following Petition Viz.t
To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County the Petition of Richard
Edelen Humbly sheweth that the Road leading from Benedict Town to Newport as
it now stands is very Pernicious to your Petitioner and your Petitioner Humbly
Conceives that where it goes thro' his Plantation it may be turned to the advantage
of your Petitioner and no ways inconvenient to the Publick your Petition therefore
Humbly prays your Worships that the Road afs.d may be turn'd accordingly
and that your Worships will appoint Viewers for that Intent and your Petitioner
shall ever pray

On reading of which Petition it was ordered that M.r John Winter Mr Peter
Wood and M.r James Nevison do View the Premises and make Report
thereof
