Thomas Ozborn by his Petition to the Court here is set Levy free


John Marshall by his Petition to the Court here sets forth that he was over
Charged 1 Levy more than he had in the year 1746 ^to which he^ is allowed 54lls Tobacco


Mary Jackson a molatto Woman by her Petition to the Court here is set Levy
free for the future


William Cage by his Petition to the Court here sets forth that he was over Charged
one Levy more than he had in the year 1746 for which he is allowed 55lls Tobacco


Thomas Richard William and John Marshall Refers to the Court here
the following Petition Vizt

To the Worshipfull the Justices of Charles County now in Court sitting
                   The Petition of Thomas Richard William and John Marshall
                   of this County Humbly sheweth              That the main Road
Going down by your Petitioners Plantations which your Petitioners are oft
obliged to make use of with wheel Carriage or Roling Tobacco and are as
often very much troubled and their Business impeded by Two Steep Hills one
against M.r Tendals old house the other by Richard Marshall Plantation
and your Petitioners Humbly Conceive that if the said Road was turn'd a
little distance its present Course where the Ground affords a graduall
Rising it wou'd not only Releive your Petitioners but Suit all travelling
Persons much better               therefore your Petitioners Pray that your
Worships wou'd appoint some Persons to view the said Road and make their
Report and your Petitioners will pray                              Richard Marshall

On Reading of which Petition it was ordered                  Thomas Marshall
that M.r Robert Yates and Captain Arthur
Lee do View the Premises and Make ^a^ Report thereon


Thomas Rolland by his Petition to the Court here for an allowance for
keeping a sick man and after his Death burying ^him^ is Rejected


Philip Club by his Petition to the Court here sets forth that he Builded a house
for a Pensioner & praying the Justices to make him an allowance is Rejected
