(160) August Court Anno Domini 1747 The Time of his Death by Walter Hanson Gent Deputy Commissary of the County afs.d after the Death of the said John Parnham in due form of Law was Committed or to the same Jane and Francis Parnham altho' the same John Marten Sen on the Tenth day of august In the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty five and often afterwards to wit Charles County aforesaid by the said John Parnham in his Lifetime and by the said Jane and Francis Adm.rs afs.d after the Death of the same John Parnham to wit on the Tenth day of Jan.y In the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty six seven at the County afs.d was Requested hath not paid or in any sort Contented But the same to the said John Parnham in his Lifetime or to the said Jane and Francis Adm.rs afs.d after the Death of the said John Parnham to pay or in any sort to Content hath altogether Refused and still doth Refuse to the Damage of them the said Jane and Francis Adm.rs afs.d Twenty Two pounds six shillings and one penny and therefore they bring suit and so forth and they bring hereinto Court the Letters of Administration afs.d of the Deputy Commissary afs.d which the Commission of the administration afs.d in form afs.d Testifies &Ca John Doe & Pled.s &C.a Rich.d Roe 1744 M.r John Marten Sen To M.r John Parnham D.r
Errors Excepted p Jane & Francis Parnham Charles County ss.t I do hereby Certify that the above account is a true Copy of Mr John Parnhams Books which appear to have been proved before a proper Magistrate as the Law Directs Witness my hand the 11.th July 1747 Robt Hanson Whereupon the said Parnhams Adm.rs by Jeremiah Chase her attorney afs.d all & Singular the Previous Requisites by act of Assembly of the said Parnham Adm.rs (being) |
