Towards his Lordship the Lord Proprietary and all other People of this
Provined then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to be and Remain
In full force and Virtue                     Be it Remembered that
The afsd Robert Haislip together with his main pernor William
Bryant from the force & Effect of the Recognizance afsd taken as
afsd before the Worshipfull Mr William Eilbeck are Acquitt and
Discharged

JD  Lord Proprietary
                  vs
       Henry Davis
Breach of the Peace
       Convict on Submission
  Be it Remembered that on this day
To wit the Second Tuesday in March afsd into Court herein his proper
Person Comes Henry Davis of Charles County Planter According
To the Tenor of a Certain Recognizance taken before the worship
Full Mr William Eilbeck one of his Lordship Justices of the
Peace for the County afsd that is to say the said Henry Davis In
The sum of Twenty Pounds Current money together with John
Sanders his main pernor in the sum of Ten Pound like money
For his the said Henry Davis appearances to answer &c.a and
Not to depart &c.a           Whereupon Henry Darnall Esqr his
Lordships Attorney Generall Ore tenus gives the Court here to
understand and be informed that the said Henry Davis was &
Still is Guilty of a trespass & Breach of his Lordships peace
in Breaking the Cellar Door of Richard Coffer & Committing
Sundry other Misdemeanours in the Dwelling House of said
Coffer in Company with Robert Haislip Henry Woodyard and
John Delozier                        Thereupon the said Henry Davis
Present herein Court in his Proper person being asked wither he
Be Guilty of the Trespass and breach of the Peace afsd soon him
Imposed saith that he is in no wise thereof Guilty but for that he
Will not Contend with his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in
This part Humbly Submits himself to the Court

                         Therefore it is Considered that the said
Henry David be find the sum of forty Shillings Current money
Capr   For the offence afsd by the Court here adjudged and that the said
Henry Davis be taken &Ca
                                                                               (whereupon)
