HD  Lord Proprietary
                vs
       William Douglass
Breach of the Peace
Convict on submission

                   Be it Remembered that on this day to wit the Second Tuesday
in August aforesaid Henry Darnall Esq.r his Lordships Attorney General
Ore Tenus Informs and gives the Court here ^to^ understand that the said William
Douglass was and still is Guilty of abusing M.r Robert Yates one of his
Lordships the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the Peace for the County afs.d in
the Execution of his office and Prays the advice of the Court therein

                                           Thereupon the said William Present here
in Court as aforesaid being asked wether he be Guilty of the Premises
above on him Imposed saith that he is ^in^ no wise thereof Guilty but for that he
will not Contend with his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in that behalf
Humbly submits himself to the Court
                                                       Therefore it is Considered that
the said William Douglass be fined one Thousand Pounds of Tobacco for
his offence aforesaid by the Court here adjudged and that the said William
Douglass be taken &Ca
                                              Whereupon into Court here in his Proper
Person Comes Thomas Hungerford of Charles County Gentleman
and becomes Pledge and Security for the said William to Pay the fine
aforesaid as also the several fees arisen due to the officers and ministers
of the Court here by occasion of the Premises

Bastard Begetting
Convict p Confession

                      Be it Remembered that on this day to wit the Second
Tuesday in August aforesaid Henry Darnall Esq.r his Lordships Attorney
General Ore Tunus Informs and Gives the Court here to understand that the afs.d
Isaac Slayden was and still is Guilty of Begetting a Bastard Child on the
Body of Philis Calvert and Prays the Advice of the Court therein

                                                    Thereupon the said Isaac Present
herein Court as aforesaid being asked wether he be Guilty of the Premises
above on him Imposed saith that he is in no use thereof Guilty but
for that he will not Contend with his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
in that behalf Humbly submits himself to the Court therein
                                                                                     (Therefore)
