    M.r Robert Yates has John Windram a poor Infirm put under his
Care till November Court Next and the said Yates is to Agree with ay Physcian for
the Cure of said Windram and to agree with any Person Take Care of him
till November Court Next

Convict p Confession
                               Be it Remembered that heretofore to wit the
Second Tuesday in June last by the oath of fourteen Jurors Namely Thomas
Matthews &C.a was Presented Catherine Boy for bearing ^a^ Bastard Child

                                                                       And now here at this day to wit
the Second Tuesday in August afs.d the sheriff afs.d Catherine in Custody of the she
Namely Samuel Hanson Gent to the Barr here brought in her Proper Person Comes
and being Demanded of her by the Court here wether she be Guilty of the Bastardy
afs.d above upon her Imposed she the said Catherine says she is thereof Guilty in
manner and form as by the Presentment afs.d against her it is alledged
   
                                                                                        Therefore it is Considered
that the said Catherine be fined or suffer Corporal Punishment according to the
Directions of the act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided and for that
the said Catherine Cannot Pay or Procure any Person to be security for the fine afs.d
by the act afs.d Imposed   It is ordered the Sheriff that he take her to that Whipping
Post and having strip'd her ^Naked^ from the Waist upwards their give her Twelve Lashes on the
Bair back for her offence afs.d
                                                                  And afterwards to wit the same Second
Tuesday in August afs.d the sheriff aforesaid Returns to the Court here that he
hath done Execution of the said Judgment upon the aforesaid Catherine

                                                             Whereupon into Court here in his
Proper Came William Lloyd of Charles County Planter and becomes Pledge and
Security for the afs.d Catherine to Pay the several fees arisen Due to the officers and
Ministers of the Court here by occasion of the Premises
   
                                                                            Whereupon it is by the Court here
further Considered that the said Catherine Boy do serve her Master W.m Loyd one
Year Inconsideration of the Loss of Time and trouble of his house and the fees arisen
due to the officers and ministers of the Court
