                     March Court Anno Dom 1746                         (13

And granted and Might be levied on their and Each of their goods
And Chattles Lands and Tenements to and for the use of his said Lordship
His heirs and successors            The Condition of which Recognizance
Is that if the above bounden John Delozier shall Personally appear at
The Next County Court to be holden for this County to do and
Receive what shall be then and there enjoyned him by the said Court and
In the mean time the [illegible] of good behaviour towards his Lordship
The Lord Proprietary and all other People of this Province then this
Recognizance to be void otherwise to be and Remain in full force
And Virtue                  Be it Remembered that the afsd John Delozier
Together with his main pernor John Sanders from the force and Effect of
The Recognizance afsd taken as afsd before the worshipfull Mr William
Eilbeck are Acquitt and Discharged

Be it Remembered that on this day to wit
The second Tuesday In March afsd in to Court here in his Proper person
Comes Robert Haislip of Charles County Planter According to the
Tenor of a Certain Recognizance taken before the Worshipfull Mr
William Eilbeck one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County
afsd that is to say the said Robert Haislip In the sum of Twenty Pounds
Current money together with William Bryant of the said County bricklayer
His mainpernor in the sum of Ten pounds like money for his the said Robert
Haislips appearance to answer &c.a and not to depart &C.a

                                     Whereupon Henry Darnall ^Esq.r^ his Lordships
Attorney Generall Ore Tenus gives the Court hereto understand and
Be informed that the said Robert Haislip was and still is Guilty of
A Trespass and Breach of his Lordships Peace in breaking the
Cellar Door of Richard Coffer and Comitting sundry other
Misdeameanours in the dwelling house afsaid Coffer in Company
                                                                            Company
