Anno Dom 1746 of the same County that is he the said John Delozier In the sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money together [illegible] John Sanders his Mainpernor in the Sum of Ten pounds like Money for his the said John Delozier's Appearance to [illegible] &ca and not to Depart &ca Whereupon Henry Darnall Esqr Lordships Attorney from all Ore [illegible] here to Understand and be Informed that the said John Delozier was and ^still^ is Guilty of a Trespass & Breach of his Lordships peace in Breaking the Cellar Door of Richard Coffer and Committing Sundry other Misdeameanours in the Dwelling House of said Coffer in Company with Robert Haislip Henry Davis & Henry Woodyard Thereupon the said John Delozier present here in Court in his proper Person Whether He be Guilty of the Trespass & Breach of Peace afsd so on him Impose Saith that He is in no wise thereof Guilty But for that He will not Contend with his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in this part Humbly Submits himself to the Court Therefore It is Considered that the said John Delozier Be fined the Sume of Forty Shillings Current Money for the Offence afsd By the Court here Adjudged and that the said John be Taken &ca Whereupon Into Court here in his Proper Person comes Thomas Mitchell of Charles County Planter And becomes Pledge and Security for the afsd John Delozier to pay the fine aforesaid and Also the several Two Arisen due to the officers and Ministers of the Court hereby Occasion of the Premises Ruled that the said John Delozier Recognize in the sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money with Sufficient Security in the Sum of Ten like Money for his good Behaviour to and appearance at the Next ^County^ Court to be here holden on The Second Teusday in June Next Thereupon into Court herein his proper person Comes the afsd John Delozier of Charles County Planter and Thomas Mitchell of same County Planter and Acknowledged themselves to owe and stand Justly Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that is To say the said John In the sum of Twenty Pounds Current money And the said Thomas In the sum of Ten Pounds like money In which sums they and Each of them Severally Yeilded and (and) |
