(11 Ruled that the said Henry Woodyard Recognize in the Sume of Twenty Pounds Current Money with Sufficient Security in the Sume of Ten pounds like Money for his Good Behaviour to and Appearance at the next ^County^ Court to be here holden on the Second Tuesday In June next Thereupon Into Court here in his proper Comes the aforesaid Henry Woodyard of Charles County Planter and John Sanders of same County Planter and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that is to say the said Henry In the Sume of Twenty pounds Current Money and the said John Sanders In the Sume of Ten pounds like Money which Sums they and Each of them Severally Yeilded and Granted Should and Might be Levied on their and Each of their and Each of their Goods & Chattells Lands and Tenements to and for the use of his said Lordship his Heirs and Successors The Condition of which Recognizance is that if the above ^bounden^ Henry Woodyard Shall personally Appear at the next County Court to be holden for this County to do and receive what shall be then & there Enjoined him by the said Court and in the Mean time that he be of Good Behaviour towards His Lordship the Lord Proprietary and all other People ^of this province^ then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to be and Remain in ^full^ force and Virtue Be it Remembred that the aforesaid Henry Woodyard together with his Mainpernor John Sanders from the Force and Effect the Recognizance afsd taken as afsd before the Worshipfull Mr William Eilbeck are Acquit and Discharged
