or tenements to be made and Levied to the use of the said Moses Hall heir his heirs or assigns  If it happen that the said Spence Hall the af.d
Guardian do not Comply with the law in relation to such Guardianships as af.d and do not deliver up unto the af.d Orphan all his Estate reall and
personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceable and quietly when ever the same shall be legally required &c


Johnson Marcy
   Chose Guardian
Johnson March an Orphan above the age of fourteen Years Came here into Court in his proper ^person^
and prays that he may be permitted to Chose a Certain Alexander Marcy of Somerset County planter as
                               his Guardian which is by the Court hereunto him Granted &c

                                                          Thereupon the said Johnson Marcy present herein Court in his proper person makes
Choice of the aforesaid Alexander Marcy as his Guardian accordingly

                               Whereupon the said Alexander Marcy is ordered to take into his Care and Custody the aforesaid Orphan and
all his Estate both reall and personall and give good security for to Comply with the Guardianship aforesaid &c

                                        Thereupon the said Alexander Marcy with John Evans Coys Folley of Somerset County planter his Securitys
both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Johnson Marcy the af.d Orphan in one
hundred pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their severall bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the use of the
said Johnson Marcy his heirs or Assigns  If it happen that the said Alex.r Marcy the af.d Guardian do not Comply with the law in relation to
such Guardian ships as af.d and do not deliver up unto the af.d Orphan all his Estate reall and personall that he shall have in his hands and
possession peaceable and quietly when ever the same shall be legally required &c


Billings Britt
bound to
Samuel Adams
Billings Britt (son of John Britt Late of Somerset County) of the Consent of his mother
is bound out here by the Court an apprentice according to act of assembly in such Case made and
provided unto Samuel Adams of the County aforesaid Joyner untill he arrives at the age of Twenty One
Years he being tenn Years of Age november next the said apprentice to serve his said Master the full term aforesaid during which
term the said apprentice his said master well and faithfully he shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and
honestly every where willingly he shall doe and as good and faithfull apprentice shall demean himselfe towards his said Master
and all his during the term aforesaid &c
                                                             In Consideration of which Service the said Samuel Addams present here in Court
in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and form Following that is to
say that he the said Samuel Addams shall and will during the term af.d Learn his said apprentice the trade of a house Joyner and read write
and Cypher as far as the rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a new suit of Cloaths either of Kersey
or Drugget over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and likewise provide for his said apprentice meat dring washing lodging
and Cloathing Sufficient for his said apprentice to have and wear during the term af.d &c

             Whereupon the said Samuel Addams is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants af.d    Thereupon the said Samuell
Addams together with Collins Addams of Somerset County planter his Security ^both^ present here in Court in ^their^ proper person Acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the said Billings Britt in thirty ^pounds^ Currt money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements
Severally to be made and levied to the use of the said Billings Britt his heirs and Assigns  If it happen that the said Samuel Addams do not
during the term af.d learn his said apprentice the trade of a house Joyner and to read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three Inclusive and
and do not at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths either of Kersey or Drugget and do not provide for his said
