Chattles Rights and Credits which were of Godfry Sprogle lately deceased at the time of his death with the testament of the said Godfry annexed of one hundred and seventy one pounds of tobacco which to the same Edmond Crapper Jr in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he Sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the same Edmond against the said Duncan in the same Court Impetrated according to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner of pleas doe not prosecute or in the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict &c and the same day is given to the af.d Edmond here &c Att which day here Came the af.d Edmond Crapper J.r in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Duncan Murray whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Edmond Crapper of the Costs af.d as to him it was Commanded &c
George Wilcox of Somerset County Gentleman in the hands of Richard Ellison of Somerset County Taylor and Elizabeth his wife Executrix of the testament and Last will of the afd George Remaining to be administred in your bailywick you make as well a Certain debt of Seventy four pounds Currt money of maryland which Colonel Levin Gale in our County Court of Somerset before our Justices at dividing Creek Recovered against the afd George as Two hundred and Seventy four pounds of tobacco which to him the same Levin in our same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of the same debt and that you have that money and tobacco before our Justices of our next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next following to satisfie the afd Levin Gale of the debt and damages afd whereof the afd George in his life was Convict And Whereupon it was Considered in our same Court that the afd Levin Gale should have Execution against the afd Richard Ellison and Elizabeth his wife of the debt and damages afd of the Goods and Chattles of the afd George in form afd by the default of the same Richard Ellison and Elizabeth and that you have then and there this Writt Wittness John Scott Gent one of our Justices of our said Court the twenty sixth day of November in the twenty sixth year of our Dominion &.a Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty Att |
