 sst     Know all men by these presents that we Samuel Gillett
William Walton Moses Mills and Robert Stephenson
all of Somerset County in the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto John Walton Obed
Walton Taba Walton Tamer Walton and Eliz.a Walton Orphans of Fisher Walton in the full
and just sum of One hundred and thirty ^five^ pounds four Shillings and three pence Currt money
to be paid unto the said John Walton Obed Walton Taba Walton Tamer Walton and Eliz.a
Walton Orphans as af.d their heirs Executors Administrators or assigns to the which payment
well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our
seals and dated this 20.th day of August 1740

                The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll
hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of Fisher Walton dec.d wherein it is
found that there is Ballance due to the above said Orphans the sum of Sixty seven pounds
twelve Shillings and a penny half penny Currt money therefore if the abovesaid Sam.ll Gillett W.m
Walton Moses Mills and Robert Stephenson they or either of their heirs Executors or Administrators
shall and do well and truely pay unto the abovesaid Orphans the sum of Sixty seven pounds
twelve Shillings and a penny half penny Currt money According to Act of assembly and the dec.d
will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a then the above obligation to be
void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a

bound unto Joshua Turpin and Nehemiah Turpin Orphan Children of John Turpin
dec.d in the full and just sum of Seventy one pounds and two pence Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Joshua
Turpin and Nehemiah Turpin Orphans of John Turpin dec.d their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment
well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the
whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 19th day of August Anno Dom 1740
