7 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commisory Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Thomas Adams dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the above said orphans the sum of twenty seven pounds and four pence half peny Current money therefore if the above said Moses Owen Jonatham Sumers & George Adams their or either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Orphans the af.d Sum of twenty Seven pounds and four pence half penny Current money in equal parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect Otherwise to remain in full force and vertue & Moses Owen (seal) his Sealed and delivered Jonathan I Summers (seal) in the presence of marke Jno Scott his W.m Lane George X Adams (seal) Marke
