the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and
In the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 20th day of August Anno Dom 1740

             The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the
Account of the estate of George Bozman dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said Orphans the sum of fifty
eight pounds nine shillings and two pence three farthings Current money therefore if the above said Mary Bozman W.m Jones &
Daniel Jones their or any of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and tru^e^ly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Orphans
the sum of fifty eight pounds nine shillings and two pence three farthings Curr.t money in equal parts and portions According to
to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect
otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.c
