          March Court                              1740                    67

aforesaid to any person or persons whatsoever   Thereupon a Certain William Venables of Somerset County planter
present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said James Ellis and assumed upon himselfe to
pay all fee or fees due by means of the Indictment and recognizance afd to any person or persons whatsoever &c


                Charles King being bound by Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court Came
here into Court in his proper person and he and his Security is discharged of and from the Recognizance afd &c

Robert Edge
And now to witt this seventeenth day of March Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and
forty at a Court then held At dividing Creek in and for the County afd before his Lordships Justices
Came the aforesaid Robert Edge in his proper person according to accord Certain Recognizance by him and his
Security ^in this part^ first acknowledged  and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he and his Security discharged from
the Recognizance afd may be discharged   thereupon the said Robert Edge's appearance is Recorded and he and
his Security of and from the Recognizance aforesaid are discharged &c

                               Whereupon the said Robert Edge is Ordered by the Court here to give security for all
fees due by means of the Recognizance afd to any person or persons what soever

                     Thereupon a Certain Aaron Lynn of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper person
undertook for the said Robert Edge and assumed upon himselfe to pay all fees due by means of the Recognizance afd
to any person or persons whatsoever in Case the said Robert Edge doth not pay the same &c


The Same

George Crocraft
 And now to witt this Seventeenth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty at a Court
then held at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d before his Lordships Justices Came the af.d George Crocraft
in his proper person According to Certain Recognizance by him and his Security in this part first Acknowledged
and prays that his Appearance may be Recorded and he and his Security discharged from the Recognizance af.d thereupon the said
George Crocrafts appearance is Recorded and he and his Security of and from the Recognizance af.d are discharged &c

                      Whereupon the said George Crocraft is Ordered by the Court here to give Security for all Fees due by means of the
Recognizance af.d to any person or persons whatsoever

Daniel Kennigan in his proper person According to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security in this part
first Acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he and his Security discharged from the Recognizance af.d
thereupon the said Daniel Kennigans appearance is Recorded and he and his Security of and from the Recognizance af.d are
discharged &c   Whereupon the said Daniel Kennigan is ordered to give by the Court here to give Security for all Fees
due by means of the Recognizance af.d to any person or persons whatsoever
