64 that due process of Law against the said John Langford Jun.r in this part may be made to answer the same Lord proprietary of and upon the premisses &c Thereupon Command is to the sheriffe of the County af.d that he should take the said John Langford J.r if &c to answer &.c and now (to witt) at that same Court held for the County af.d at dividing Creek this Seventeenth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty before the af.d Justices Came the af.d John Langford Jr in his proper person According to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security in this part first Acknowledged and had a hearing of the Information af.d and saith that he Cannot deny but that he is Guilty of the premisses af.d in the Information af.d Specified above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the Information af.d above upon him Supposed &c Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d John LAngford pay unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d he is Convict thirty Shillings Current money of Maryland and that the said John be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine af.d &c Whereupon the said John Langford Jun.r is Ordered to give Security to save and keep Indempnified the ^Justices of the^ County of Somerset and their Successors from all troubles burthens and Charges that might accrew by means of the birth and maintainance and bringing up of the Child afd &c Thereupon the said John Langford J.r with a Certain John Langford Sen.r of Somerset County planter his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honourable the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland in thirty pounds Current money of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of the Inhabitants of the County of Somerset for the time being If it happen that the said John Langford J.r and John Langford S.r their heir Ex.rs & Adm.rs or any or either of them doe not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquit discharge and save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County Court for the time being as also ^the^ Inhabitants of said County of and from all Costs Charges and Troubles whatsoever for or by reason of the birth maintainance Nourishing and bringing up of the said Child and of and from ^all^ other suits Charges troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the same &a Likewise the said John Langford is Ordered to give Security for the payment of any Fee or Fees due upon the Information and premisses af.d to any person or persons whatsoever &c Thereupon the said John Langford Sr present here in Court in his proper person undertook for the said John Langford J.r to pay any Fee or Fees & all Fees that might accrew due by means of the premisses and Information af.d to any person or persons whatsoever &c
