appearance is recorded and her Security from the Recognizance aforesaid is accordingly discharged   Whereupon
the said Ann Clark is Ordered to give new Security in Twenty pounds Curr.t money for her good behaviour and
appearance at next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next following to answer unto
His Lordship of the Indictment afd on suspicion of feloney &a

          Whereupon a Certain Hugh Rimmor of Somerset County Shipwright present here in Court in his proper
person undertook for the said Ann Clark and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
Proprietary in Twenty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to
be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordships his heirs and Successors  If it Happen that the said
Ann Clark doe not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County aforesaid the third Tuesday of August then
next following and doe not answer unto his said Lordship of the Indictment afd on suspicion of felony
and doe not Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and doe depart the Same Court without Leave
and in the mean time if she be not of the good behaviour &a

       Att which day here before his Lordships Justices Came Robert Jenckins Henry Gent his Lordships Attorney who for
his said Lordship in that part prosecuteth and the same Ann Clark at the same day altho' Solemnly Called Came not thereupon
in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of November then next following in the same state as at present &a

                      Att which day here before his Lordships Justices Came as will the aforesaid Robert Jenckins Henry
Gent his Lordships attorney who for his said Lordship in this part prosecuteth ^as the said Ann Clark in her proper person^ and thereupon the said Ann
Clarks appearance is Recorded and her security of and from the Recognizance afd is accordingly discharged

          Whereupon the said Ann Clark is Ordered to give new Security in twenty pounds Current money for her good
