61 themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary of the province af.d that is to say the said Patrick Connelly in fifty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and the said William Beavins and James Anderson his Securitys in twenty five pounds Like money each of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Patrick Connelly doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next Following and doe not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning of the Information af.d and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &c Att which day here Came before his Lordships Justices Came Robert Jenckins Henry Gent his Lordships Attorney who for his said Lordship in this part prosecuteth as the af.d Patrick Connelly in his proper person According to a Certain recognizance by him and his Securitys in that part before Acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he and his Securitys discharged Thereupon the said Patrick Connellys appearance is Recorded and he and his Securitys are Accordingly discharged from the Recognizance af.d &c Whereupon on the same day and year abovesaid the said Patrick Connelly is Ordered by the Court here to give new recognizance in Fifty pounds Current money of the province af.d with two Securitys in twenty five pounds Currt money Each for his the said Patrick Connellys Good behaviour and appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of November then next Following to Answer the Information af.d &c Thereupon the said Patrick Connelly with a Certain Henry Reynolds of Somerset County Bricklayer and James Anderson of the Same place planter his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary of the province af.d that is to say the said Patrick Connelly in fifty pounds Current money of Maryland and the said said Henry Reynolds and James Anderson his Securitys in twenty five pounds Like money Each of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Patrick Connelly doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the the third tuesday of November then next Following and do not Answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning of the Information af.d and do not stand and Abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &c Att which day here before his Lordships Justices Came Robert Jenckins Henry Gent his Lordships Attorney who for his said Lordship in this part prosecuteth and the same Patrick Connelly at the same day altho' Solemnly Called Came not Thereupon the recognizance af.d of the af.d Patrick Connelly and his Securitys is by the Court here Respited untill the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of March then next Following in the same state as at present &c Att which day here before his Lordships ^Justices^ Came as well the afd Patrick Connelly in his proper person as the afd Robert Jenckins Henry Gent ^his Lordships attorney^ who for his said Lordship in this ^part^ prosecuteth and the Said Patrick Connelly had a hearing of the Information aforesaid and the said Patrick Protesting that the Information afd and the matter therein Contained is altogether Insufficient in Law and that he hath noe need or by the Law of the Land is any sort held to answer for plea he says he is not Guilty of the premisses above in the said Information against |
