said John Williams in his proper person and made it appear here to the Satisfaction of the Court here
that he had paid away all the Estate of the said Charles Williams to the Legall representatives of the said Charles
as he was Oblidged to pay &c   Thereupon the said John Williams Executor as afd is discharged by the Court
here from the Subpena aforesaid &c


    Ordered by the Court here that Heber Whittingham Recover against James Longo One hundred
and Fifty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance five days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said
James Longo against John Hales he having made Oath to the same &c


    Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Hearn recover against Alex.a McCants one hundred and twenty pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Alexander McCants at suit Joshua
Caldwell he having made Oath to the same &c


    Ordered by the Court here that W.m MccClemmy recover against George Horner J.r one hundred and twenty pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the said George
Horner J.r he haveing made Oath to the same &c


       Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Reyley recover against Duncan Murray Sixty pounds of tobacco being
due unto him for his Attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Duncan Murray against Abraham Smith he
having made Oath to the same &c
