Heber Whittingham as well a Certain debt of Twelve pounds Currt money of maryland which to the same
Heber Whittingham in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek Recovered against ^him^ as of
One hundred and Ninty Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Heber Whittingham in the same Court
were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is
Convict &.c and the same day is given to the af.d Heber here &.c

                   Att which day here Came the af.d Heber Whittingham by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney
and the sherriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Elizabeth Peacock
whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Heber of his debt and damages af.d as to him
it was Commanded

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take William McClemmy
late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe
keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and forty
to satisfie Joseph MccClester as well a Certain debt of Seven thousand and forty Six pounds of tobacco which the same Joseph
MccClester in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek recovered against him as of two hundred and
Seventy eight pounds of tobacco which to teh same Joseph in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he
had by Occasion of the detention of that same Debt whereof he is Convict &c and the same day is given to the af.d Joseph
here &c      Att which day here Came the af.d Joseph MccClester in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Henry
Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d William MccClemmey whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie
the af.d Joseph MccClester of his debt and damages af.d as to him it was Commanded

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should make of the
goods and Chattles of Francis Harper and Mary his wife in his Bailywick
seven hundred and fifty six pounds of tobacco which to James Knight Executor
of the testament and Last will of Aaron Jordine late of Somerset County Carpenter
       deceased were adjudged for his Costs and Charges by him sustained about his defence in a Certain Action
       of trespass upon the Case &.a by the af.d Francis and Mary against the same James in ^his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices^ thereof lately
       brought According to the form of the statute thereof Lately made and provided and thereupon the said Francis
       and Mary are Convict and that same tobacco you have before the Justices of the County Court of Somerset to
       be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty
       to render the af.d James for the Costs and Charges af.d &a

        Att which day here Came the af.d James Knight in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John
