wife of three hundred and sixty one pounds of tobacco which to the same Robert Geddes and Susanna his wife in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for their Costs which they sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the same Francis Allen against them the same Robert Geddes and Susanna his wife in the said Court Impetrated According to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which their writt is in such manner of pleas doe not prosecute or the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict &c And the same day is given to the af.d Robert ^and Susanna^ here &c Att which day here Came the af.d Robert Geddes and Susanna his wife in their proper persons and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Francis Allen whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Robert & Susanna of their Costs af.d as to him it was Commanded &c
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty to Satisfie William Jones of Neseongo of Two pounds fifteen Shillings and seven pence half penny Currt money of maryland and three hundred and fifty nine Pounds of tobacco which to the same William Jones in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same William by the af.d Francis made and not performed whereof he is Convict &.a and the same day is given to the af.d William here &.a Att which day here Came the af.d William Jones by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Francis Tate whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d William Jones of his damages af.d as to him it was Commanded
