38 Acknowledgeth Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d Benjamin Grumly pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d he is Convict One Shilling Currt money of maryland and that the said Benjamin Grumley be taken to satisfie the said Lordship of the fine af.d &a Whereupon the said Benjamin Grumley is ordered by the Court here to give security for the payment of the severall Officers and other persons Fees due on the Indictment af.d Thereupon a Certain Henry Walston and Benjamin Sharp both of Somerset County present herein Court in their proper persons undertook for the same Benjamin Grumley to pay the severall Officers and other persons Fees due on the Indictment afd by means of the premisses af.d in Case the said Benjamin Grumley doth not pay the same &.a
Thereupon Command is given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should Sommons the said Charles Marchment so that he be and appear here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek this Instant third Tuesday of November to Answer the petition afd And afterwards in the Same Court Came the said Sheriffe and made return that he had summoned the aforesaid Charles Marchment as afd he was Commanded And now to witt the same day and Year before his said Lordships Justices Came here into Court as well the petitioner aforesaid as the afd Charles Marchment in his proper person and the petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and the severall allegations of Either party being by the Court heard and mature deliberation thereupon had It seemeth to the Justices here that the Indenture by which the said Henry Hook is held as an apprentice is a good Indenture &.a Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Henry Hook Return home with his Master Charles Marchment and serve Out his Indented time pursuant to said Indenture and that the said Charles Marchment Comply with that part of the Indenture by which he had undertaken to perform &c
