36 Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid whereof in form aforesaid he is Convict to Thirty shillings Currant money of Maryland and that the said Cornelius Ready be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd Whereupon the said Cornelius Ready is Ordered by the Court here to give security for the payment of the Severall Officers ^and other persons^ fees due on the Information aforesaid Thereupon a Certain Bryan Ready of Somerset County planter present here in Court in his proper person undertook for the Same Cornelius Ready to pay the Severall Officers and Other persons fees due on the Information aforesaid by means of the premisses aforesaid in Case the said Cornelius Ready doth not pay the same &a
on behalfe of his said Lordship against a Certain Ann Clark and Patrick Connelly Came not Thereupon the Recognizance aforesaid of the afd Hugh Rimmor is by the Court here Respitted untill next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County afd the Third Tuesday of November then next following in the same State as at present &a Att which day here Came the said Hugh Rimmor in his proper person and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he discharged from the Recognizance aforesaid Thereupon the said Hugh Rimmors appearance is Recorded and he from the Recognizance afd is discharged Whereupon the said Hugh Rimmor is Ordered by the Court here to give new recognizance in Ten pounds Currant money for his appearance at next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County aforesaid the third Tuesday of March then next following to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the afd Ann Clark and Patrick Connelly &a Thereupon the said Hugh Rimmor present here in Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted ^unto his said Lordship^ in ten pounds Currant money of maryland of his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors If it happen that the said Hugh Rimmor doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the the third Tuesday of March then next following and doe not then and there give such Evidence as he shall know ^on behalfe of his said Lordship^ the said Ann Clark on Suspicion of felony and against the said Patrick Connelly for the Receive ^of^ Stolen Mony knowing the Same to be Stolen and doe depart the Same Court without Leave &a
