34 Orphan her heirs and assigns If it happen that the afd William Davis the aforesaid Guardian doe not Comply with the Law in relation to Such Guardianships as aforesaid and doe not deliver up unto the afd Orphan (or her Guardian) all her estate that he shall receive unto his hands and possession Lett it be of what kind soever peaceably and quietly when ever the same should be Legally required &a
Thereupon the said Benton Coston makes Choice of the said Cornelius Dickerson as his guardian accordingly Whereupon the said Cornelius Dickerson is Ordered to take into his Care the aforesaid Orphan and all his Estate reall & and that he give good security for to Comply with the guardianship aforesaid Thereupon the said Cornelius Dickerson with John Mccuddy of Somerset County Joyner his security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Benton Coston in Fifty pounds Currant money of Maryland of their severall Bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of the said Benton Coston his heirs or assigns If it happen that the said Cornelius Dickerson the aforesaid Guardian doe not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardianships as aforesaid and doe not deliver up unto the afd Orphan all his Estate Reall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same should be Legally required &a
